    Dr. Shafer is a certified member of the American Board of Orthodontics, a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics since 2004, active member in the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.

    Dr. Shafer specializes in orthodontics for children, teens and adults, is committed to using the most current, effective treatment options in Orthodontics.  While offering free consultations for new patients, also offers advanced levels of care to current patients by using treatment options such as the Damon Bracket System and Invisalign.  Dr Shafer is an Invisalign Premier Elite Provider and is the only one in Central Illinois with this status. We are an impression free office and use an intraoral scanner.
